Growth Checkup, operated by Flightpath Ventures Inc. ("Flightpath", "Company", “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a team intelligence platform designed to simplify team decisions through unified, actionable intelligence. By aggregating signals from your existing work stack, we provide real-time diagnostics and health checks across your venture’s core vitals. We are committed to protecting the privacy and proprietary intelligence of our users while helping them stop chasing noise and start executing.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information within the Growth Checkup platform.
Information We Collect
To provide our team intelligence services, we collect several categories of information:
Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information.
User Content (Venture Data):
Signals: Ingested content from integrated tools (Slack, Jira, etc.).
Milestones & Challenges: Qualitative data manually entered by you.
Assessments & Checkup Results: Responses to diagnostic surveys, calculated health scores, and "5 Vitals" metrics generated by our intelligence layer.
Usage Data: Technical information about platform interaction.
AI and Data Usage Commitments
No Training on Your Content: We do not use your proprietary User Content—including your Signals, Assessments, or internal communications—to train, tune, or improve "global" AI models.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell your data to third-party data brokers or AI labs.
Service Improvement: We may use anonymized metadata to optimize our internal Service logic.
Data Integration and Third-Party Platforms
We only access data authorized through your integration settings. Processing is done in real-time to surface risks and priorities.
Data Sharing and "Advisor Mode"
Advisor Mode: By inviting an Advisor, you explicitly authorize us to share your Venture Transcript, Assessments, and vitals with them.
Aggregated Benchmarking: We may use anonymized, aggregated assessment results to provide industry benchmarks. Your specific identity and data are never identifiable to other users in these benchmarks.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Backups
Retention: We retain data for as long as your account is active.
Grace Period: We retain data for 90 days after subscription expiration before permanent deletion.
Deletion: Upon request, we purge all User Content from active databases. Encrypted copies may persist in backups for up to 30 days.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export (Data Portability), and request the erasure of your venture data and assessment history.
International Data Transfers
Information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located in Canada.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of any material changes via email or platform notice.
