Welcome to Growth Checkup, a team intelligence platform owned and operated by Flightpath Ventures Inc. ("Flightpath", “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Growth Checkup provides team intelligence tools designed to aggregate venture-related data to provide actionable insights. Core features include the Signals Hub, Venture Diagnostic Tools, execution risk mapping, and the Snapshots Transcript.
Eligibility and Accounts
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
Registration: You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Growth Plan: Access to advanced diagnostics, smart filters, and Advisor Mode requires a paid subscription.
Billing: You authorize Flightpath to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
User Content and Data Types
You retain all ownership rights to the data you provide. Our Service processes the following types of "User Content":
Signals: Raw data, messages, or metadata pulled from integrated third-party tools.
Milestones and Challenges: Manual entries regarding team wins, roadblocks, or progress updates.
Assessments and Checkup Results: Data generated from your interaction with diagnostic tools, including health scores, team maturity ratings, and "5 Vitals" reports.
You grant Flightpath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI and Intelligence Layer
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning algorithms to provide "Smart Filters," "Venture Diagnostics," and "Insights."
No Training on Your Data: Flightpath does not use your proprietary User Content (including Signals, Assessments, or internal communication) to train, tune, or improve general-purpose AI models for other customers or third parties.
No Selling of Data: We do not sell your data to third-party AI labs or data brokers.
Service Improvement: We may use anonymized, de-identified, and aggregated metadata (e.g., system usage patterns or assessment averages) for the sole purpose of improving the Service's internal logic and accuracy.
Accuracy of Insights: All AI-generated "Checkup Results" and "Vitals" are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all final business decisions.
Data Integration and Third-Party Services
Connectivity: The Service relies on API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira, Email).
Authorization: By connecting a third-party service, you represent that you have the authority to grant Growth Checkup access to that data.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
Data Sharing and "Advisor Mode"
User-Initiated Sharing: You may choose to share your Venture Transcript, Assessments, or Dashboard with third parties ("Advisors").
Advisor Access: When you enable "Advisor Mode," you grant selected individuals permission to view your signals, vitals, and checkup results.
Revocation: You may revoke Advisor access at any time through your dashboard settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period: We retain your User Content for as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires, we may retain your data for a grace period of ninety (90) days.
Deletion Requests: You may request the permanent deletion of your account at any time. Once processed, this action is irreversible.
Data Backups and Export
Venture Transcript: We provide tools for you to export your "Venture Transcript," milestones, and assessment history.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical venture data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer our proprietary "Venture Diagnostic" algorithms or attempt to extract the underlying prompts used in the Service.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and proprietary assessment frameworks and methodologies are the exclusive property of Flightpath.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Informational Purpose: Venture Diagnostics and Checkups do not guarantee business success or investor interest.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightpath shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flightpath is incorporated.
